I BELIEVE
I'm gonna make my stand, reach out my hand to everyone

I know in my heart this is a brand new start so much more than tolerance can be won here

And though they've moved on, I'm alive with their song,
And their words and their spirits live on and on
And I believe
I know hope comes from the wonder and laughter of children6
I've seen mothers find the ultimate Am purpose in their eyes
Surrounded by the greatest truth, confounded by the higher proof
In the lost and found of wilderness
I've heard music come up from this earth and set my spirit soaring through the sky
I believe there's a force here at work
I've touched with my fingers, felt it surge in my blood
The hardest road's the truer course, brings us back to the source
And the power to rise above
And I believe
Salvation is the return to our mother
And I believe we can clothe and feed this world with our farms
I believe that within every enemy there's a brother, yes I do
We can drink from this cup, healing from the bottom-up, we mustn't bear, but open up our arms
And I believe in examples here on earth:
Gandhi, Theresa, Martin Luther King
And I've seen the change that one filled with love and compassion can bring
We can do anything
